Logistics Support Services Officer

What you would do

• Coordinate the movement of personnel, materials, equipment, tools and supplies.
• Support transportation by road, marine vessel, helicopter, and other approved means.
• Coordinate logistics activities between offshore facilities, shore bases, warehouses, suppliers and project sites.
• Track cargo movements and ensure timely delivery to operational locations.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, manifests, delivery notes and movement records.
• Monitor logistics contractors, transport providers and service companies to ensure compliance with procedures, HSE requirements and regulations.

What they are asking for

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in oil and gas logistics, marine logistics, offshore operations, warehousing, transportation or supply-chain services.
• Knowledge of materials movement, cargo handling, transportation coordination and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with logistics contractors and service providers.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation, cargo manifests, delivery tracking and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements for transportation, lifting, cargo handling and offshore logistics.
