What you would do

• Identify delays, errors and control gaps and propose practical process improvements.
• Verify vehicle readiness through pre-delivery inspections, document checks, and functioning tracking devices before release.
• Coordinate vehicle movement between assembly, storage, dealers and delivery locations.
• Conduct professional customer handovers, explaining vehicle documents, features, maintenance responsibilities and after-sales support.
• Check that approvals and supporting documents are complete and coordinate required registration and insurance.
• Process disbursements by confirming instructions, beneficiary details and supporting documents; enter data into LOS and other systems and maintain audit-ready records.
• Match completed transactions to approvals and investigate discrepancies; identify duplicates or suspicious instructions and put transactions on hold when needed.
• Escalate risks promptly and prepare accurate reports on time.
• Submit complete operational reports by deadlines and ensure compliance with all controls and approvals.
• Complete disbursements and vehicle handovers within agreed timelines with minimal errors.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (advantage)
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or auto-finance; vehicle dealership experience is a plus

• Understanding of disbursement controls, reconciliation, and KYC/AML requirements
• Risk awareness and sound judgement
