What you would do

• Monitor customs clearance processes and shipment status
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian customs and import/export regulations
• Coordinate import and export shipments for timely processing and clearance
• Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Identify and resolve documentation issues and compliance risks
• Track duties, charges, and logistics costs and reconcile records
• Maintain organised records of declarations and clearance transactions
• Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, port authorities, and regulators
• Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate permits and regulatory documentation (NAFDAC, SONCAP where applicable)
