What you would do

• Process customer orders with warehouse and sales teams and arrange dispatch
• Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, returns and damaged products
• Ensure proper handling, loading, transport and delivery of products
• Verify product descriptions, quantities and dispatch documentation before goods depart
• Monitor returned goods, rejected deliveries and damaged items with documentation
• Coordinate movement of finished products from production to warehouse and distribution points
• Manage drivers, delivery vehicles and third-party transport providers
• Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents and transport incidents promptly
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilisation, delivery schedules and fuel use
• Ensure drivers have valid licences and comply with safety and transport policies and that vehicles are serviced as scheduled
