Logistics / Mobilization Officer - NYSC Placement

JC International is recruiting for a Logistics / Mobilization Officer on NYSC placement in Rivers. The role involves coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, transportation and other logistics to support company operations and client projects. The officer prepares and tracks mobilization documents, maintains logistics records, and coordinates mobilisation and demobilisation for projects, training, and field assignments. They liaise with internal teams, drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and perform related logistics and administrative duties. The position requires a relevant science or engineering degree and current NYSC serving member eligible for primary assignment.

What you would do

• Prepare and track mobilization documents, permits and project paperwork.
• Maintain logistics records, schedules and reports.
• Coordinate personnel mobilisation and demobilisation for projects and trainings.
• Liaise with internal departments, drivers, vendors and project teams for timely logistics delivery.
• Coordinate movement, delivery and tracking of equipment, tools and materials to locations.
• Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation and movement of personnel.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
