Logistics & Fleet Manager – Manufacturing

What you would do
- Manage daily operations and utilisation of company-owned trucks
- Plan dispatch schedules, routes, loading and timely delivery of finished goods
- Supervise drivers and helpers, scheduling, performance and compliance
- Monitor fuel use, vehicle maintenance, breakdowns and fleet downtime
- Improve logistics costs through route planning and load consolidation
- Prepare logistics and fleet performance reports and monitor KPIs
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or related field
- 5 to 10 years' experience in logistics, fleet, transportation or distribution management
- Proven experience managing company-owned/in-house truck fleets
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, plastics, packaging or high-volume distribution preferred
- Strong skills in driver management, dispatch operations, route planning, fuel and vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations and fleet compliance (ERP/GPS systems a plus)
