What you would do

• Coordinate the transport and delivery of materials, equipment and supplies to project sites and other locations.
• Monitor logistics providers against delivery schedules and service expectations.
• Maintain delivery documents such as notes, waybills and goods received notes.
• Escalate delays, damaged goods or shortages to the supervisor.
• Analyse supplier quotations, lead times and costs to identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, outstanding POs and procurement expenditure.
• Track procurement expenditure against budgets and identify variances.
• Maintain procurement and logistics trackers and provide visibility on purchasing activities and delivery status.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and transporters.
• Support supplier onboarding and verification and monitor supplier performance for quality and delivery reliability.
