Logistics/Administrative Officer

A full-time Logistics/Administrative Officer role with a shoemaking brand in Ikeja, Lagos. You will support daily operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating orders and deliveries, managing customer communications, and assisting with the brand’s social media activities.

What you would do

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to support smooth operations.
• Handle customer communications via calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media in a professional and promptly manner.
• Coordinate product orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Liaise with dispatch riders, logistics providers and other service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track deliveries and follow up on delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Support social media by developing simple content ideas.
