Loan Sales Officer
About this role
A role for a Loan Sales Officer to identify, acquire and service loan customers in Kaduna, promoting loan products and ensuring proper credit processes. Suitable for individuals with sales experience in banking or microfinance and strong communication skills.
What you would do
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- Promote and sell loan products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct basic credit assessments and ensure proper loan documentation
- Follow up on disbursements and repayments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain client relationships for repeat business

- Minimum of OND, HND or BSc in any discipline
- Proven sales experience, preferably in banking or microfinance
