What you would do
- Conduct field marketing and acquire prospective customers within the assigned territory
- Market and promote the bank's loan and financial products
- Onboard new customers and build strong customer relationships
- Conduct pre-loan training and customer orientation
- Assist customers with account opening and loan application documentation
- Ensure accurate completion and prompt submission of loan documentation
- Monitor customer loan accounts and ensure timely weekly repayments
- Follow up on overdue and defaulting customers
- Support loan recovery activities on delinquent accounts
- Deliver customers' passbooks and ID cards as required
