What you would do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Support governance and compliance frameworks
• Advise management on legal and regulatory risks
• Coordinate with external counsel
• Provide strategic guidance on business expansion, partnerships and corporate operations
• Advise on data protection and employment law obligations

What they are asking for

• LL.B and B.L with qualification as a Nigerian legal practitioner
• 3-6 years post-call professional experience
• Experience in corporate and commercial law; fintech or financial services exposure is an advantage
• Knowledge of Nigerian corporate, labour, and data protection law; familiarity with NDPR/NDPA
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; advising on corporate and operational matters
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; high integrity and confidentiality
