Legal Counsel
About this role
A Legal Counsel role supporting the lawyers and legal team with administrative tasks, document handling and coordination. Suitable for a female candidate residing in or around Lekki, Lagos.
What you would do
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and the legal team
- Prepare, format, proofread and manage legal documents, correspondence and reports
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic legal files and records
- Assist with preparing court documents, contracts, letters and other legal paperwork
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and deadlines
- Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies and other stakeholders

- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
