What you would do

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and advisory memoranda.
• Handle corporate filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission and other regulators.
• Assist with company secretarial duties, compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Attend client meetings, prepare briefs and take accurate minutes.
• Support due diligence processes and transaction documentation.

• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• 2-3 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
