What you would do

• Manage the department's calendar, meetings, appointments and action trackers.
• Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Maintain and update the contracts register with execution, expiry, renewal and key dates.
• Maintain and update litigation/dispute trackers with court dates, deadlines, external counsel updates and legal fees.
• Track statutory, regulatory and other department tasks, deadlines, filings and deliverables.
• Support contract administration processes including document circulation, execution tracking and record maintenance.
• Assist with legal research, data gathering and preparation of routine reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Coordinate engagements with external counsel, consultants and service providers, including processing and tracking invoices and supporting documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings and maintain records of key action items.
• Coordinate departmental events including retreats, workshops and team activities with logistics and vendor management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal administration or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, document management systems, report writing and analysis.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
