Leasing Officer
About this role
A Lagos-based facilities management/real estate company seeks an experienced Leasing Officer to manage the leasing process, from prospecting and negotiating leases to ensuring policy compliance. The role targets individuals with relevant education and at least two years of leasing experience who can meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
What you would do
- Provide physical allocation of shops
- Collect service charge and rent receipts
- Maintain a complete tenant database and track lease and charges
- Coordinate and update tenants on leasing and statutory charges
- Post and update customer records and other income in ERP
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and manage cash postings and reconciliations

- Bachelor's degree in Estate management, Business, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
