Learning & Development Executive
About this role
A Learning and Development Executive responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering training and development initiatives to build employee competencies and support the bank’s growth in Lagos. The role works with business leaders to address capability gaps and improve performance.
What you would do
- Identify training needs via assessments and performance reviews
- Develop annual learning and development plans
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff
- Organise internal and external training programs
- Facilitate training sessions where needed
- Monitor training participation and measure outcomes and ROI
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and development or HR
- Experience in financial services is an advantage
- Skills in training needs analysis, program design, facilitation, performance management and data reporting
- Stakeholder management experience
