Leadership Development Associate
About this role
The role is for a Leadership Development Associate with the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation in Lagos, supporting flagship leadership programmes and capacity-building initiatives. What you would do
- Support end-to-end selection for flagship programmes including MPP, PLP, and Visiting Fellowship.
- Coordinate application management, initial screening, and assessment logistics.
- Assist with panel interview scheduling and documentation.
- Monitor diversity and equity metrics across applicant pools and cohorts.
- Contribute to development and refresh of curricula for leadership programmes.
- Support onboarding and coordination of delivery partners such as faculty and institutions.
- Assist with quality assurance processes and co-creation with the impact team.
- Conduct research to support contextually relevant learning experiences.
- Support operational cycle from planning to delivery and follow-up.
- Coordinate cohort scheduling, logistics, and on-the-ground facilitation.
What they are asking for
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Education, or related field (postgraduate degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, leadership development, or public sector capacity building (at least 2 years in leadership or management).
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in development or public sector contexts.
