About this role

Bradfield Consulting seeks a Lead Fashion Stylist in Lagos. The role leads styling and visual merchandising for the brand's retail locations, guiding a team to deliver premium product presentation and seasonal campaigns across stores.

What you would do

• Lead and direct the Fashion Styling and Visual Merchandising team with creative guidance.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Commercial, E-commerce, Brand & Marketing, Category, Buying and Product Development to meet seasonal objectives.
• Develop and implement store-specific visual merchandising and styling strategies aligned with brand identity and seasonal collections.
• Plan and supervise seasonal styling, campaigns and lookbooks; assign tasks to VM and Styling team; ensure timely execution.
• Train store teams on styling, product knowledge, outfit building, colour combinations, layering, and visual merchandising to support upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee window displays and in-store visuals across stores; ensure consistency with seasonal themes and brand campaigns.]

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 7 years' experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related creative environment.
• Certification in Retail Fashion, Visual Merchandising or Fashion Styling is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail environments, store layouts, display fixtures, mannequins, and premium visual merchandising standards.
• Proven experience in fashion styling, campaigns, photoshoots, look creation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create complete and commercially relevant fashion looks across product categories.
