What you would do
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across projects and product areas.
- Own end-to-end delivery of major engineering projects from planning to deployment and improvement.

- Establish standards, practices, processes and delivery methodologies.
- Provide technical direction and make architecture and technology decisions.
- Ensure delivery quality, reliability and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years in software engineering or technology with significant leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex technology projects from conception to production.
- Strong software development background and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Experience designing and scaling production-grade applications and systems.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments or regulated tech environment is highly desirable.
