What you would do

• Lead complex client engagements from diagnosis through implementation.
• Work with executive teams to identify strategic priorities and develop practical solutions.
• Design and drive governance structures, operating models, workforce strategy and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions; lead enterprise transformation programmes involving people, processes and organisational capability.
• Drive business development and practice growth by identifying opportunities, leading proposals and client presentations.
• Lead, mentor and develop consultants and analysts; allocate resources and maintain quality across engagements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience; significant hands-on leadership in consulting or advisory.
