A leadership role focused on identifying opportunities, designing and implementing process improvements, and analysing business processes to optimise performance within Stanbic IBTC Bank. What you would do

• Define and justify change initiatives and design practical solutions for stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for market expansion and product development.
• Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies.
• Define operational performance metrics and analyse gaps to meet country objectives.
• Manage timelines and resources for each development phase.
• Prepare project scopes, functional specs, and assess costs, risks and assumptions.

• Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or business analysis qualifications (CBAP) considered an advantage.
• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in managing complex operations, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of process and project management; ability to analyse data and interpret information.
• Experience in providing MIS and data reporting to support decision making.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and implement standard practices across teams.
