Lead, Business Process Management Optimisation & Analysis
About this role
A senior role to define change needs, design process improvements and manage business process optimisation and analysis for Stanbic IBTC Bank in Lagos. It targets candidates with a strong background in process management and related analysis, preferably in financial services.
What you would do
- Define change rationale and design value-delivering solutions
- Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibility studies
- Write project scopes and estimate costs, risks and assumptions
- Manage timescales and resources for development phases
- Lead ongoing reviews of processes and develop optimisation strategies
- Provide MIS and collaborate to ensure best practices and standard approaches
What they are asking for
- BSc in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or CBAP can be an added advantage
- 5 to 7 years' experience in managing complex operations, ideally in financial services
- Knowledge in process and project management
- Technical competencies in business process improvement, data integrity, IT applications and IT systems
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
