What you would do
- Coordinate with emergency services during incidents and provide assistance as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the station manager for timely replenishment
- Dispense gas and assist customers with fuelling their equipment
- Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and related transactions
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections
- Carry out routine maintenance on station equipment to ensure performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures for CNG and LNG stations
- Implement emergency response procedures for the retail station
- Generate reports on station performance including sales, usage and maintenance activities
What they are asking for
- SSCE with at least two years of experience operating LPG/CNG/LNG or liquid fueling dispensers (candidates with SSCE are eligible)
- National Diploma in a science or engineering-based course
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent sales reconciliation skills
- Health, Safety and Environmental awareness related to gas dispensing
- Good teamwork and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of gas dispensing procedures and safety guidelines
- Ability to educate customers on fueling procedures and safety
