Laundry Quality Control & Packaging Officer

Role: Laundry Quality Control and Packaging Officer based in Abuja, engaged through Veritaspeak Consultancy. The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in laundry quality control or related roles, with hands-on ability to inspect, fold and package garments and knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning processes. Applicants must reside in Gudu, Gaduwa, Apo or nearby and may be posted to branches as required; the work schedule is Monday to Saturday.

What you would do

• Inspect completed laundry and dry-cleaning orders to verify quality
• Check garments for remaining stains, odours, damages, colour issues, poor ironing or finishing
• Verify orders match customer specifications and that no items are missing
• Fold, arrange, tag and package garments according to company standards
• Recheck and return garments that do not meet quality standards for correction
• Record and report quality issues and work with laundry staff and management to maintain consistency across branches
