Last Mile Team Lead - Door Delivery - Jumia (Full Time)
About this role
This is a full-time Last Mile Team Lead role at Jumia, based in Port Harcourt. You will supervise a team of last-mile delivery operators to ensure timely door deliveries, a good customer experience, and strong KPI performance. What you would do
- Lead and supervise a team of Last Mile Delivery Operators/Associates to ensure timely and accurate door delivery operations.
- Assign daily delivery tasks and routes based on workload and customer requirements.
- Monitor driver–customer communication to ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Coach and develop delivery staff to improve day-to-day delivery productivity.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery exceptions and escalations.
