About this role
Land Surveyor position with Mshel Homes Limited in Abuja. You will conduct land measurements and mapping to support real estate development and construction projects. The role requires establishing site layouts, boundaries and elevations to guide project teams.
What you would do
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS, GIS, and total station equipment.
- Prepare maps, site layouts, and land measurement reports.
- Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction activities.
- Interpret survey data and provide accurate information to project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare survey drawings and digital models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Verify land titles, boundaries, and easements against legal records.

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification/licensure as a Land Surveyor (where applicable).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
- Knowledge of surveying instruments (GPS, total station, theodolite, drones).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and legal land documents; strong analytical and mathematical skills.
