About this role
A Land Surveyor is needed to support construction projects in Osun State, bringing extensive on-site surveying experience and proficiency with modern survey equipment and software. The role targets candidates with strong technical skills who can work with engineers, managers, and field teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
What you would do
- Conduct land, boundary and topographic surveys for construction projects
- Interpret drawings and provide precise site measurements
- Establish control points, benchmarks, grades and elevations
- Utilise Total Stations, GPS/GNSS and AutoCAD Civil 3D for data collection and analysis
- Prepare survey reports, maps and documentation per project requirements
- Support site teams to ensure work aligns with approved designs and verify as-built works

- Minimum of 10 years on-site surveying experience in construction
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD Civil 3D and other surveying software

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
