What you would do
- Collect, label, prepare and preserve laboratory samples.
- Conduct routine chemical, physical and analytical tests according to approved procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of samples in line with HSE requirements.
- Identify abnormal or out-of-spec results and report them to the supervisor.

- OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Laboratory Technology, Chemical Science or related field.
- Relevant experience in a laboratory, oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, environmental or industrial testing environment.

- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
