Dragnet Nigeria is seeking a Laboratory Scientist for Kaduna to perform and quality-assure laboratory testing, ensuring biosafety and quality-control standards while supporting patient care and the running of the laboratory service. The role requires a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science and post-internship/registration experience in the medical laboratory field.
What you would do
- Perform laboratory testing across relevant laboratory areas to professional standards.
- Apply biosafety and quality-control standards in day-to-day practice.
- Maintain equipment readiness for own work and report faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Support reporting and results workflows.
- Quality-assure laboratory testing.

- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognised institution.
- Completion of the required national internship and NYSC, or a valid exemption.
- Post-registration/post-internship experience in medical laboratory science practice.

- Competent operation and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
