Label Services Manager

About this role

A senior role based in Lagos responsible for growing ONErpm’s business in Nigeria, managing a roster of artists and label clients, coordinating releases and promoting content while guiding the Nigeria team. The position involves working with artists, labels, DSPs and internal teams to drive audience growth and revenue, with at least three days onsite per week.

What you would do

• Oversee day-to-day label services for the Nigeria roster.
• Assist with client onboarding and guidance on ONErpm platform, analytics and royalty reporting tools.
• Plan and deliver releases with accurate metadata and DSP compliance.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to expand cross-market opportunities and keep releases on schedule.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with DSPs, brands, media and industry stakeholders.
• Use analytics to evaluate performance and provide insights to maximise monetisation across platforms.

• 3 to 5 years in a senior music industry role or 5+ years in distribution, label, DSP, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian music industry and proven business development, client management and leadership experience.
