About this role
Kolomoni Microfinance Bank is hiring for a Branch Manager in Ibadan, Saki or Ogbomoso and a Head of Personal Banking role in Ibadan, Oyo. The positions target experienced banking professionals with leadership and strategic growth capabilities in microfinance or retail banking, respectively.
What you would do
- Lead daily branch operations and staff across the chosen location
- Drive sales, customer acquisition and relationship management
- Analyse performance, set targets and manage budgets and risks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor loan processing, repayments and portfolio quality
- Deliver reports to senior management on performance and opportunities
What they are asking for
- HND, Bachelor’s, PGD or Masters in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 5 to 10 years of banking leadership experience for Branch Manager track
- Experience as Operations Lead, Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager within a bank or financial institution
- Microfinance banking experience an advantage; location preference to Ibadan, Saki or Ogbomoso
- For Head of Personal Banking: 10–15 years of senior commercial/consumer leadership in telecoms, mobile money, digital financial services or retail banking
- Proven ability in mass customer acquisition, CVM, channel distribution and P&L management
