What you would do

• Operate industrial dishwashing machinery and maintain correct chemical dilutions and temperatures.
• Wash cookware, delicate glassware, and specific culinary tools to safety standards.
• Sort and stack cleaned items to prevent breakage and enable quick access for the line team.
• Follow a strict cleaning schedule for floors, walls, and ceiling vents to meet health regulations.
• Empty, sanitise, and reline waste bins and manage recycling, compost, and general waste separation.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and rotate stock using FIFO method.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks during peak periods under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
