A Kitchen Steward is needed to support Bolton White Hotels & Apartments in Abuja by handling dishwashing, ware cleanliness and basic kitchen tasks. What you would do

• Operate industrial dishwashing machinery and manage chemical dilutions and temperatures.
• Wash cookware, glassware and specialised tools to safety standards.
• Sort, stack and organise cleaned items for easy access and to prevent breakage.
• Follow a cleaning schedule for floors, walls and ceiling vents to meet health regulations.
• Empty, sanitize and reline waste bins; separate recycling, compost and general waste.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks during peak periods under guidance (eg peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients).
