Kitchen Assistant

What you would do

• Dispose of rubbish
• Organise linen laundry
• Wash utensils and dishes and store them properly
• Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook foodstuffs and help prepare salads and desserts
• Clean food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen areas
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic and manage ingredient storage
