Kitchen Accountant - Mainland

What you would do

• Ensure accurate food portioning using the Portion Calculator.
• Record production on Navision to create inventory quantities.
• Ship produced items from Kitchen to restaurant locations in NAV daily.
• Monitor receipt of Transfer Orders from production supervisors.
• Post and prepare Kitchen loss and product variance reports.
• Drop integration from Ezee to Navision and verify inventory tallies.
• Balance Kitchen and Restaurant inventories daily; investigate high variances.
• Post items to be expensed into the appropriate GL expense accounts.
• Post staff meals to the relevant GL accounts.
• Open and close daily restaurant operations on Ezee burrp; escalate abnormalities or abuse of customer products.
