What you would do
- Ensure accurate portioning using the Portion Calculator
- Produce items in Navision to reflect inventory quantities
- Record and transfer items from Kitchen to restaurant locations on NAV daily
- Monitor receipt of Transfer Orders from production supervisors
- Post and prepare Kitchen loss and Product Variance Reports
- Drop integration when pulling from Ezee to Navision and reconcile inventory quantities
- Balance Kitchen and Restaurant inventory daily and investigate variances
- Post items to relevant GL expense accounts
- Record staff meals in the GL
- Open and close daily restaurant operations on Ezee burrp and escalate abnormalities

- Minimum OND or HNDqualification
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Computer literacy with Excel proficiency
- Interest or skill in calculations
- Good communication and articulation
- Residing in Ikeja, Ogba, or Akowonjo
