Key Accounts Manager

A full‑time Key Accounts Manager role based in Enugu for a sales professional with proven experience in the solar distribution market, managing distributors, dealers, resellers and installers in the South‑East. The role focuses on growing channel sales for solar panels, batteries and inverters and requires handling key accounts to hit sales targets.
What you would do
- Manage and grow distributor, dealer, reseller and installer accounts.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies for key distributors and dealers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Drive sales of solar panels, batteries and inverters across Enugu, Onitsha and Anambra.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, delivery and customer support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
What they are asking for
- 7–9+ years of sales experience in the solar/renewable-energy industry.
- Proven experience managing dealers, distributors, resellers, installers or EPC/channel partners.
- Strong channel sales/distribution experience in solar or power solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Existing knowledge of Enugu, Onitsha and/or Anambra solar markets.
