Hobark International Limited (HIL) is recruiting for a Key Accounts Executive in the oil and gas sector. What you would do
- Manage strategic customer accounts including IOCs, NOCs, indigenous operators, EPC contractors, and oilfield service companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business.
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, commercial terms, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Support revenue growth, customer retention, account planning, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor customer payment obligations and coordinate invoice follow-ups with Finance.
- Prepare account performance reports, sales forecasts, and growth plans.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing corporate or industrial accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, oilfield service companies, or indigenous operators is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
