Key Account Officer
About this role
A Key Account Officer to manage and grow relationships with Ascentech's major B2B clients in Abuja, focusing on revenue growth, retention and identifying new opportunities within key accounts.
What you would do
- Manage and develop relationships with key/high-value corporate accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop account plans and strategies to increase customer value and retention.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial agreements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial reports.

- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales or key account management experience.
- Experience managing large, strategic, or high-value corporate accounts.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, account retention, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
