What you would do

• Lead the accounts function and financial operations across all Kelina Hospital branches
• Be accountable to the CEO and Board
• Oversee staff who manage financial services across the hospital
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Director, and Company Secretary to co‑manage all hospital affairs

What they are asking for

• MBBS degree from a recognised university; 2 years post‑NYSC experience; MDCN practising licence
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting desirable
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, ICAN or CFA)
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role
• Experience in private healthcare financing or specialty hospitals is an added advantage
• Ability to prepare financial models for expansion and fundraising and to represent the hospital in engagements with investors and funding partners
