Junior Service Engineer
About this role
The role is for a technically capable Junior Service Engineer based in Lagos, supporting HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning. What you would do
- Support installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose equipment faults and assist in implementing solutions.
- Supervise technicians during maintenance, repairs and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical support and resolve issues.
- Monitor service activities for quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical reports on service activities, faults and repairs.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service requests.

- HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, air-conditioning or related services.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Ability to identify equipment faults and assist in resolving issues.
- Experience or ability to supervise technicians during field service activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
