Junior Sales & Letting Executive

What you would do

• Generate leads for property sales, rentals and leases through online platforms, referrals and other channels
• Market available properties on social media, listing sites and other promotional channels
• Respond to client inquiries and identify client requirements to recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property inspections and viewings for prospective buyers and tenants
• Follow up with leads, buyers, tenants and landlords to drive conversions and close transactions
• Negotiate sales and rental terms in line with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, leads and completed transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords and prospective clients
• Monitor real estate market trends, property values and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, property marketing or customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects and meet sales targets
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
• Knowledge of the real estate market is an added advantage
