Junior Sales Engineer (Gas Generators)

About this role

A career conversion programme for young engineers to become Technical Sales Engineers focused on gas generator solutions. Open to Electrical or Mechanical engineers with 2–5 years post-NYSC experience, no prior sales background required. Based in Abuja through Work Dey HR Services.

What you would do

• Learn and sell gas generator solutions (LPG, NG, CNG, LNG).
• Participate in client engagements, site assessments and pre-sales support.
• Prepare technical presentations, commercial proposals and system configurations.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales.
• Engage in field exposure and training to develop into a high-performing sales engineer.

What they are asking for

• B.Tech / B.Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (min 2:2).
• Completed NYSC.
• 2–5 years engineering experience; client-facing exposure is a plus.
• Young engineer, preferably 25–32 years old.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.
