Junior Sales and Marketing Coordinator
About this role
Khenpro Global Services in Lagos is hiring a Junior Sales and Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis. The role involves preparing, coordinating and executing market activations, visiting local outlets, and supporting product visibility and sales for Garri Delight. You will manage brand ambassadors, vendors, and promotional elements to ensure activations run smoothly. The position is suitable for an energetic, organised person who can coordinate events and engage customers in busy market environments. The employer provides direct management support and opportunities to develop event coordination and customer outreach skills.
What you would do
- Coordinate and brief brand ambassadors and assign their duties during activations
- Arrange DJs, dancers, branded materials, and other activation needs and follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Oversee setup, customer engagement, sampling and pack-down during activations
- Prepare for activation days by confirming schedules, team availability, products, equipment and materials
- Visit local shops and markets to introduce the product and identify potential buyers
- Follow up on sales leads and new opportunities
- Submit short reports on activation results, sales leads, customer feedback, expenses and materials used

- Able to work in Ikorodu and travel locally, including weekends when required
- Organised, punctual and persistent with vendor follow-up and practical arrangements

- Resourceful and able to solve everyday problems while keeping management informed
- Some experience supporting activations, events, promotions or brand ambassador teams is an advantage
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic spreadsheets for schedules, lead records and reports
