Junior Project Manager

What you would do
- Define project scope, budget and duration and create project requirements
- Supervise junior project staff such as assistants and associates
- Schedule and conduct project meetings to clarify roles, expectations and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, quality, issues and potential delays
- Maintain quality documents and data for project integrity
- Identify conflicts of interest and propose solutions
- Develop and improve project plans to maintain quality
- Design project methodologies and monitor adherence by teams
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
