Junior Operations Lead (Transport)

What you would do
- Direct all transportation activities
- Develop and manage relationships with clients
- Improve service performance through forward-thinking processes
- Develop policies and procedures for the company
- Monitor staff operations to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies
- Develop and implement plans to improve company profit
- Work closely with the Logistics Supervisor and the Drivers
- Recruit, train, and coach transportation staff
- Negotiate vendor contracts and other purchases
- Monitor and reduce business costs
