The role is for a Junior Legal Associate (Corporate & Commercial Law) with Resurgir Consulting, based in Cross River. What you would do
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and advisory memoranda.
- Manage corporate filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission and other regulators.
- Assist with company secretarial tasks, compliance and governance matters.
- Attend client meetings, prepare briefs and take accurate minutes.
- Support due diligence and transaction documentation.
