Junior IT Support Officer

What you would do

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
• Provide technical support across the company
• Set up user accounts (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Test new technology
• Assist with implementation of IT projects
• Support colleagues in day-to-day IT needs
• Maintain documentation related to IT services
