Junior Consultant – Risk Officer

H. Pierson Associates in Lagos is looking for a Junior Consultant – Risk Officer. The role supports client enterprise risk management implementations, risk assessment and analysis, and project delivery, and is suited to candidates with substantial risk management consulting experience.

What you would do

• Support the implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks for clients.
• Assess risks across strategic, operational, financial, compliance and reputational areas.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and risk profiles.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and interviews under supervision.
• Prepare risk heat maps, dashboards and analytical reports.
• Conduct risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Insurance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• NYSC completed.
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• At least seven years of relevant work experience.
• At least five years' experience at a senior leadership level.
• Must have implemented at least four risk management consulting projects from start to end.
