Junior Consultant

What you would do
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects and consulting assignments
- Develop project plans, timelines, action trackers, and status reports
- Monitor activities, milestones, deliverables and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and records
- Identify delays, risks and issues and escalate to the project manager
- Support adherence to project scope, schedule and quality requirements
- Support communication with clients, partners, internal teams and stakeholders
- Prepare client-facing materials and assist in stakeholder meetings
- Provide day-to-day support to project managers and participate in meetings as required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Project Management or related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, consulting, energy, or engineering environments
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects and stakeholder management
- Understanding of basic project management principles (planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
